• Add 6 TUI screenshots to assets/ (monitors, alerts, logs, nodes, detail, theme)
• Rewrite README with hero image, badges, collapsible install sections
• Rewrite changelog to match actual CalVer tag history

Wire up monitor detail view in TUI with type-specific icons.

Rewrite README with centered hero block, collapsible install
sections, screenshot gallery. Rename screenshots/ to assets/
to match open-source conventions.

docs: rewrite changelog to match actual release history ... d7c2c5bd3b

Clean slate — previous entries were out of sync with tags.
Now accurately reflects what shipped in each CalVer release.
