fix(tui): resolve staticcheck lint errors in history view

- Replace deprecated LineUp/LineDown/HalfViewUp/HalfViewDown with
  ScrollUp/ScrollDown/HalfPageUp/HalfPageDown
- Use tagged switch for mouse button dispatch
- Use fmt.Fprintf instead of WriteString(Sprintf)
